Shrinking And Forming Machine
功能:
- 減少在縫制過程中，由于布料受縫制整燙所產生的收縮。
- 防止做出來的衣服產生尺寸變化或變形。
- 使布料裁剪得以順利進行。
- 使襯布及面布間能緊密的結合，經預縮定型之布料，無需考量布料裁剪·縫制·整燙后的收縮，便于生產，又提高產品之附加值。
優點：
- 無張力自動送布系統，使布料在無張力的狀態下送入。
- 布料被蒸汽濕潤及振動器松弛，將使布料軟化。
- 布料經振動區后進入烘干區，使濕潤的布料可以在最佳溫度下干燥。
- 采用強力吸風冷卻系統，急速冷卻布料，利用溫度差達到定型型效果。
- 搖臂擺動將布料來回折疊，降低因卷布所產生的張力。
- 特殊的電加熱輔助裝置，可補蒸汽之不足，任意調整烘干區之溫度。
